How it works
Personal service, sized to the trip.
For many hotel, resort, cruise, and tour bookings, you pay no Concierge Fee.
Travel suppliers pay Nifty Ducks Travel a commission after you travel. More detailed journeys require deeper research, itinerary design, consultation, and coordination. For those trips, a Concierge Fee may apply.
Any Concierge Fee is discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

Know & Go
You know where and approximately when you want to travel. Ed will curate up to three hotel, resort, cruise, or tour options that fit your preferences and budget range.
Personalized Itinerary Planning
For trips that call for deeper research, itinerary design, accommodations, experiences, transportation coordination, and ongoing planning support.
Complex Travel
Multi-country journeys, destination weddings, larger groups, and highly customized travel are priced according to scope and complexity.
Departure and travel days are not included in per-day itinerary fees.

Air Travel Assistance
Research and booking support for complex or international flights. For non-commissionable fares, a service fee of 5% of base airfare may apply. It is waived when commission is included.
Insurance & Documentation
Travel insurance coordination is complimentary. Ed can also provide guidance and resources for visas and other travel documentation.
Activities & Custom Requests
Curated activities, tours, and special requests can be added around your travel style. Quote-based concierge services are available when needed.
